PYROSORB is specified in many acoustic and thermal insulation applications owing to its superior fire performance. The material achieves Class 0 to the Building Regulations Document B Appendix  A Paragraph 12b thus being suitable for many building, heating and ventilation marine applications, and other areas where fire performance is an issue.
